For over two decades, I’ve led large, diverse teams across global organizations like BCG, EY, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra — shaping cultures, building high-performing teams, and driving people transformation in complex, fast-paced environments.

But along the way, I realized something deeper: sustainable leadership isn’t built on checklists or competencies. It’s rooted in presence, emotional intelligence, and the energy you bring into every interaction.

That realization led me to create EEQ™ — Energy Exchange Quotient, a leadership framework designed to go beyond traditional models. EEQ™ blends the science of emotional intelligence with the human art of energy management — helping leaders not just manage teams, but move people. As a certified coach (Corporate Coach U, Frost & Sullivan, Erickson Coaching International) and trained NLP Practitioner, I integrate powerful behavioral tools and insights into every engagement.
